MOMS - PLEASE DON'T GET ANGRY

Are you pregnant lady?. My biggest advice for you all is "DON'T GET ANGRY".If you are getting angry all the times, then it will affect your baby and it will be born like a angry man.For that eat fresh vegetables and healthy foods,so that the baby will be more healthy and also be bubbly and chubby as like you.
This is proven by Philadelphia university,US.the outcome of the research has said that,when a women is conceived she has to eat fresh vegetables daily.Most of the vegetables will have the sour taste in it.The reason for that is ,it has the acid known has "alcalacid".It only gives the sufficient amount of energy to the pregnant women.basically,when the vegetables are growing the acid level in it will get increased and thus gives the sour taste.
When a mom eating those fresh vegetables , it will reach the baby with the help of umbilical cord.Moreover the "Aminotic acid" will gets added up and reaches the baby.Because of this reason the baby without knowing anything ,naturally gets the taste of vegetables.This only helps the baby to eat more vegetables as they growing up.
So as far as i have concerned ,Eating fresh and healthy vegetables will help not only the mom but also to helps the baby to grow with more health.

ATTENTION FRIENDS - STOP EXERCISING IF YOU ARE ABOVE 20

After 20 years of age , the body weight of a normal man cannot be able to reduce by doing exercises.A recent research from United States has stated the above criteria.
A recent research was made in National Research Centre,Livermore ,California about the weight of the mankind after 20 years of age.The outcome of the research stated that there is no such use in reducing the weight after 20 years of age.
The result stated that , an average mankind's weight will be determined when he reaches his 20 years of age.The food habits in the childhood age and the exercising activities took by the man made the cells in the body, which is the main reason for the fatty structure ,to get shrinked i,e those cells are restricted. But, after the 20 years of age ,those cells are again be able to grow as they can.
The fat body persons will have twice the fat cells than the ordinary man.Also these cells are replicated so that they are not able to be reduce able after the 20 years of age.
Some persons will undergo operations to get rid off those fatty cells from the body.Those persons are also having the replication of cells.even though they reduce the cells by operation , by replication process the cells are easily added inside their body.
So it has been suggested that only by doing the regular exercise and also having control over the food habits in the childhood age, we can be able to get rid off those fatty structures.

Todays express life takes us to fast food, Burgers, Pizzas and colas which will result in unbalanced diet, increase in fat level, rise in blood pressure .

Eating a balanced diet and light workout are the simple ways to keep you active.One who takes coffee frequently will leads to some trouble in sleeping. Whenever your mind is stressed take a long walk. Sharing your troubles with others will give some relief , and they may be able to offer another perspective that may help you. Try to have a minimum of 8 hours sound sleep this will help you to refresh your mind and rejuvenate your soul.
