Todays express life takes us to fast food, Burgers, Pizzas and colas which will result in unbalanced diet, increase in fat level, rise in blood pressure .

Eating a balanced diet and light workout are the simple ways to keep you active.One who takes coffee frequently will leads to some trouble in sleeping. Whenever your mind is stressed take a long walk. Sharing your troubles with others will give some relief , and they may be able to offer another perspective that may help you.
