STRAUSS TON LEAD ENGLAND IN CHENNAI TEST

Hi guys. Happy to meet you all again with an interesting article. After strong decision took by England cricket team to play in India by resuming the two test series, first test started today in Chennai. England captain Kevin Pieterson won the toss and chose to field without any hesitation as the conditions looked good for batting. Andrew Strauss and Alastair cook opened the innings. They both played well and gave solid partnership of 118 runs after cook falling to Harbhajan Singh. After then no good partnerships for England since Indian bowlers took wickets in regular intervals.Andrew Strauss scored his 10th century. He scored 109 and felled to Amit Mishra. England managed to score 229 for a loss of 5 wickets on day one. Flintoff(18) and Anderson(2) are at crease. If England batsmen score at a steady rate tomorrow and score over 400 runs then it will be more difficult for India.
