Hi friends.Happy to meet you all again with an interesting topic.Uma, popularly known as ‘Pepsi’ Uma has quit Kaliagnar TV. The popular small screen personality, who has been hosting the interactive live show in TV channels quite successfully for more than ten years, has quit the arena, which is so familiar to her.
The popular star, who has mesmerized everyone with her homely and enthusiastic chat in the live programme ‘Ungal Choice’ in Sun TV, had moved to Kalaignar TV, when the later was launched last year. The new channel emulated Sun TV and utilized her services in the same kind of live show.
Though the programme was running successfully in Kalaignar TV too, she has created sensation by calling it quits from the TV. It is learnt that she wants to do something new and hence she has quit the channel. It is said that she is quite bored of hosting the same programme for more than a decade. She had in fact expressed her willing to do new programmes while joining Kalaignar TV but the new channel did not want to lose the advantage of having the popular programme and hence she had to continue with the same show.
As of now, Uma is not planning to join any channel, though offers pour like rain.
