In chennai ,at St.Thomas Mount the All-Women police station is functioning in one of the classrooms of the Alandur Municipal primary school on M.K.N road for the past few months.But the parents are objecting for running the police station in the school.They said that it is inconvenience to both the students and the teachers.The local municipalty authority and the police staffs said that it is a temporary arrangement only and the station will be shifted soon to other place.But the parents still worrying about their childs who are studying in the school.
