Hi friends.HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY to all of the Indian viewers in and around the world.We are proud to be Indian as we belong to our country.This Independence did not came to us as easily.By the struggle of countless number of lives and protesting the English with massive peoples we got Independence.The one and only man,who never be forgotten in each and every one of us,the Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhiji brought Independence in Ahimsa way,in which no war ,no fight and not even a single person who went on English personnel.Gandhiji's heavy struggle over the British rule ended with Success in August 14th Night,1947 and India got Independence on 15th August.So we all will celebrate this day with proud and salute those peoples who sacrificed their lives to Independence.JAIHIND!!!!!!!

KUSELAN - RELEASING ON 25 JULY

Finally the word is out. It's official and confirmed.

much-awaited ‘Kuselan’, a remake of Malayalam hit ‘Katha Parayumbol’, will hit the screens on 25 July.Addressing media persons in Chennai on Wednesday, director P Vasu said, 'the shooting is complete and dubbing is going on right now. Re-recording will commence from Monday'.
The story is about two childhood friends who go different ways in their life as they grow up into adulthood. One ends up a poor barber struggling to make both ends meet and the other as a 'superstar' in the movies. What happens when the two meet after all those years holds the crux, he said.

Pasupathy plays the poor barber and needless to say Rajini plays the superstar. Prabhu, Nayantara, Meena, Sneha, Kushboo and Vadivelu are also in the cast.
Produced jointly by K Balachander's Kavithalaya Films and M P Vijayakumar's Seven Arts Films, ‘Kuselan’ has cinematography by Aravindh Krishna and musical score by G V Prakash.
According to Vasu, 'the audio rights of ‘Kuselan’ have been lapped up by Big Music for Rs 2.25 crore, while Pyramid Saimira has acquired the movie's distribution rights for a huge sum.'
Plans are on to release the audio of ‘Kuselan’ on 30 June. A grand function will be held in Chennai in which popular South Indian directors would take part.
The movie was shot in Hyderabad Ramoji Rao Film Studio, exotic locales of Pollachi, Udumalpet and interior parts of Kerala.
Adds Vasu, ' Rajinikanth's contribution to the movie is immense. He was very co-operative. We managed to complete the shooting of both ‘Kuselan’ and ‘Kathanayukudu’ in Telugu in just 82 days. Jagapathy Babu enacts the role played by Pasupathy in Tamil. Brahmanandam and Sunil are also in the cast in Telugu version'.
'G V Prakash's music is a major highlight of the movie. The 22-year-old boy has come up with stunning music and Rajinikanth himself appreciated him. So is Aravindh Krishna's cinematography'.
Vasu says, 'the movie has been completed so early thanks to my producers Kavithalaya and Seven Arts Vijayakumar.' Plans are on to shoot a song commemorating the 75th year of Tamil cinema with ‘Kuselan’ and popular actors including Vijay, Ajith and Vikram might appear in it. Valee has penned the lyrics'.

UNITED STATES - ADAPTING 4 DAYS A WEEK SCHEDULE FOR WORKERS

The abnormal rise in the prices of petroleum products made the American industries to cut down the working days to 4 days a week.
In the International marketing level, the petroleum product's prices are increasing rapidly.The United States has estimated that the level of fuel products will get increased by 30 percent by the vehicles use in day-today life.
To save the fuel and the money spent for the petroleum products, 4 days per week plan is going to be adapted in all the industries.The officials of Birmingham and Alabama cities have announced the 4 days per week plan.The plan is said to be working about 10 hours a day and doing 4 days a week will equalize the working about 5 days a week.
Various industries are also likely going to adapt the same plan.More over many industries are calculating the efficiency of the workers and not the working time of the workers.It has been a thought among the workers that it will be better that doing the work completely in the given amount of time rather than doing in extra time work.
Also more workers changed the work plan because of the increasing price of the petroleum products.They are reducing the long time travel by shifting the home which is nearby the industry.Also many are changing to the industry which is nearer to the home.Because of this problem many workers are leaving their old company and searching for the newer one which is nearby home.This made a damage in the production of lots of companies.
To fight with this problem these industries are also going to implement the 4 day per week plan.
By implementing this plan,for about 20 - 40 crores of amount can be saved as suggested by officials.Moreover the production of vehicles which consumes less fuel has been increased.workers are keen in reducing to use vehicles and trying to handle the works over the phone.
In a step by step process , all the industries are planning to implement this working plan so as to reduce the more fuel consumption.The workers will get more time in the weekends to spend the time their families.
